❓ Help Blocked Modem?

Hi mga master, pahelp po.
I’m using tnt sim po nka register 1month unli 5g. Bale ginagamit ko po cp ko na nka 5g tas nka hotspot siya sa mga ibang device ko like laptop tv and also other cp ko.

So ayun nag decide ako na bumili ng openline na 936 modem para hindi mahirapan yung cp ko kakahotspot. Okay nman ung modem ginamit ko siguro mga 15days. Malakas signal also ung internet.

Pero ngayon nag red ung signal so akala ko nablock na sim ko. Triny ko ulit binalik sa cp ko ok naman may internet. Tas binalik ko ulit sa modem red parin, nag try din ako ng ibang sim na working sa modem pero red parin.

Ano po kaya solutions mga master? Sana matulungan nyo po ako. Thx in advance po!

Kpag nireset ko po ba, hindi mawawala yung nilagay na imei?
Kinontact ko kasi nag bilhan ko lods, sabi nya imposible daw na ma block yung modem kasi imei ng 5g phone yung nilagay nya. pinakita ko yung video, red talaga. Pero pag nilagay sa CP ok naman.
