As far as I know they still offer a refund as long as it's not authorized by the account owner. Did you send the Gcash payment yourself ba? If not, then you may have to submit a ticket to them and call their customers service afterwards. Last year there was an authorized charged from my account for a payment I initiated to a vendor that didn't push through initially. They did an investigation on the matter and got a refund a week later. I had to call them again after a few days for a follow-up though

Hindi na sila nag rerefund. Sinasabi na lang ng gcash iverify nila kung ung number na un ginagamit tlga sa scam ibablocked nila. tapos ssbhn ng gcash na mag file ka ng complaint sa PNP Anti Cybercrime.
