balak ako bilhan ni kuya ng pc budget siguro around 50k. eto yung components na binigay nya. kaso parang ang mahal? 40+ na wala pang graphics card. plano nya i reuse ko nalang yung current 1650 ko. optimal ba yung build? most usecase is for photoshop, some video editing. malalaking dimensions yung ginagawa namin, kaya sabi nya need ko ng good cpu and ram. pero siyempre gusto ko din maglaro.
any thoughts?

a few tweaks and you are good to go.

1st = Ryzen 5 5600 cost 6k. and Ryzen 7 5700X cost 10k. the Ryzen 5 5600X is just an overclocked 5600. either you buy the 5600 and overclock it saving you 2k pesos or add 2k to get the 5700X which is way better.
2nd = if you buy from shopee you get big discount. I got my MSI B550 PRO VDH WIFI for only 5.1k
3rd = if brand or aesthetic is not important you can go Lexar Thor 2x16GB CL16 3200mhz for 2.7k this s with discount in shopee. that is half the price of whats in your list.

the rest are good to go.

one more thing. ang monitor na trip mong bilhin is a mid-end. you also need a mid-end GPU. like RTX 3070 or RX 7700XT. kung ang GPU mo is only 1650. di mo ma susulit ang performance ng monitor mo. sa 1080p pa lng gapang na yang 1650.

ok lng naman kung next upgrade na ang GPU. just saying na ang 1650 hindi kaya ang monitor mo. of couse you can always lower it to 1080p but your monitor is more powerful than that.

I recommend bumili sa bermorzone mas mura at meron sila feature na Price Matching. It means pag nahanap mo sa ibang online store within Philippines at available i Price match nila. About sa build mo okay naman but pwedi pang gawing future proof and more performance. Dinowngrade ko yung PSU mo para mabalance sa ibang parts. Magandang PSU sa budget mo is MSI MAG A-BN (Source ko is from PSU Tier list ng Cultist.network, Tier C PSU good for 60k below na PC build). About naman sa Monitor mo. It's not a good model. I would recommend AOC 24G4 (Source: Techspot.com or YT channel monitor unboxed) 1080p lang but since mag edit and Photoshop kuya mo need niya ng monitor na mataas ang color Accuracy.

overall yung build is ok meron nga lang mga aksaya sa pera

1. cpu
5600x eh 5600 lang yan na naka OC at mataas tdp
wala silan pinag kaiba if inoverclock mo yung 5600

2. ram
kingston fury beast itsura lang binabayaran mo skanya
pagdating sa binning eh kulelat sila if gusto mo maganda itsura mag corsair dominator plats ka
if ala ka naman pake sa itsura eh maraming good brand ng 32gb dyan na 4k or less like juhor na hynix binned 3.5k lang for 32gb

3. nvme
now ito personal reason best brand nga samsung for ssd pero yung price nya is overbloted and hindi ko advised na bumili nito if walang sale
mg teamgroup MP34 ka na lang
1TB is 4.7k and same silang my Dram and known brand din sila

4. PSU
now good choice to since gold
pero overpriced yung model
mg 1st player steampunk 750w 90 +gold ka na lang full modular 4.5k lang sya and tier list unit sya (B tier) meaning tested sya
best part is available sya in shopee and lazada so pede sya ma voucher to 3.5k

almost 10k din yung matitpid mo dagdagan mo na lang ng onti pede ka na mg rtx 3050

Personally. I don't really mind about PSU tiers. as long as it will do the job thats good enough. but regarding the PSU that is an A-Tier PSU. pero agree ako about it being overpriced. sa amazon mabibli mo lng yang for 4.6k. pde ka bumaba to B tier or C Tier and go AM5 or stick to your current preference.. as long as its Certified 80+ its all good.
Heck I've been using E tier for 5 years now and it never failed me. from Ryzen 3200G+GTX 1060 to Ryzen 5600+RX5700
