We sincerely appreciate your continued patronage of RED Fiber, the home broadband service of Radius Telecoms, Inc. (“Radius”). As part of our ongoing efforts to improve and streamline our services, we are pleased to inform you that Radius, subject to the consent of its subscribers, has assigned to PLDT Inc. (“PLDT”), the largest and most diversified telecommunications company in the Philippines, all RED Fiber subscription contracts. As a result, Radius also assigned to PLDT the RED brand and certain assets relating to the RED subscribers.

Note: Customer lang ako ni Red Fiber. Nag latag lang ako feedback goods sa area ko 2 years tapos ko na lock in period. Satisfied naman ako. Pag nawala internet matik my problem sa linya or maintenance, Lahat ng problem ng ISP sa philippines same lang.

Depende sa area talaga lahat naman ng ISP dito sa pinas hindi perfect,
Madaming cases yan sa nakawan ng cable, problema sa mga technician nila mismo. Etc

Oo unli naman sa akin tapos ko na 2 years lock in period, until now my Cignal Channels pa ko, ewan ko bakit ganyan nakalagay sa advertisment nila.
