You only need little intelligence to know that What Senator Risa is doing is for the benefit of the Philippines while fighting for the root cause of the evil POGO.

Alice Guo which is confirmed Guo Hua Ping is involve on multiple criminals who laundered money. How much logical reasoning do we need to understand that in order to take down this POGO's, Senator Risa needed to do what she is doing.

What a shame. This country is somehow doomed for still not seeing what the Duterte's manipulation and brainwashing has done over the years.

If I remembered correctly, SC only asks for comments for her petition. That's also needed by SC for the oversight of law and due process. Does not mean anything at all. In fact, the respond from Senate would determine what SC decision whether to issue TRO or to dismiss the petition. SC will only decide upon seeing the comments with annexes of evidence to answer the petition of Guo, valid or not.
