Not the biggest problem but a prelude to what is coming ahead and that is the biggest problem.
di naman siguro pababayaan ng totoong court yan boss, ipaubaya na lang yan ng senate sa totoong court since alam naman nila na kangaroo court lang sila kaya nga nila pinasa sa totoong court yung case since biglang na-discover nila na walang power mag issue ng travel ban ang kangaroo court and this will lead to more security threat if di nila ipasa sa real court

ako boss naka discuss mo diyan, kahit ano gawin mo boss hindi legal ang ginagawa niya. Kailangan niyang mag adhere sa Rule of Law. Kahit anong sabihin mo lumalabag parin siya sa order ng senado. Senate is one of the embodiment of Philippine Law.

If you remember nag humingi ng tulong ang Legal team ni Guo Hua Ping at kaya humingi ng explanation ang SC in regard sa Due process, Judicial Oversight, and Legal Precedents ng senate.

For sure nag tatago na si guo hua ping or nakalabas na ng pinas almost 1 month na wala sa tarlac, for sure kapag pinatawag ulit sa court wala nanamn sya katulad nung preliminary investigation don sa kaso ng human trafficking no show

ikaw lang naman boss ang pumipilit kasi ng tungkol sa supreme court out of nowhere pero ang topic ko is about the arrest warrant issued by the senate against alice guo, labas ang issue mo tungkol sa SC etc. The point is may warrant kaya she should abide with the law. Napaka basic po pls.
