Since Android 12 ka naman, I think that's not the problem. How about yung developer option mo? If naka on kase yun, hindi mo talaga maoopen Gcash. Did you also tried reinstalling the app?

Yes, hindi issue ang os nyan, meron ako phone for gcash trans use only at android 11 lang yon
