Hello! I understand that you are having trouble accessing your email after removing it from your phone and not being able to recover it because you didn't set up a recovery phone number or email address. Here are some steps you can try to recover your email account:

1. Account Recovery Form: Some email providers have an account recovery form where you can provide as much information as possible to prove your identity. This could include details about your account creation date, last password you remember, contacts in your email, etc. Check if your email provider offers this option.

2. Contact Customer Support: If the above method doesn't work, you can try contacting the customer support of your email provider. Explain your situation and they might be able to help you recover your account.

3. Alternative Email or Phone Number: If you have any other email accounts or phone numbers linked to your primary email account, try using them for recovery purposes.

4. Security Questions: Some email providers set up security questions during the account creation process. If you remember the answers to these questions, it might help in recovering your account.

5. Check for Backup Options: Check if you have any backup options or secondary methods for accessing your email account, such as recovery codes or backup email addresses.

If none of these options work, it might be challenging to recover your account. It's essential to always keep your recovery options updated to avoid situations like this in the future. Good luck, and I hope you regain access to your email account soon!
