You will not need SegaTools or any of the old stuff from other tutorials that already exist to make the game work, just the game files and TeknoParrot is all you need since it has everything you need to play the game now, dont skip the account creation part because thats how data is saved, then using the mapped button on your controller for the AIME Card to load your save!
