Baka may alam kayo na magandan supplement/vitamins for memory bukod sa memory plus gold. Kasi pansin ko sobrang makakalimutin ko, may times na kahit special events na na experience ko nakakalimutan ko na din.

Madaming factor Kasi yan eh, pwedeng deficient ka sa vitamins, lack of sleep etc. For starter try mo Muna mag multivitamins kung walang effect, give nootropics a try bacopa (at least 45% bacosides), gingko biloba, alpha GPC, fishoil etc. yang mga binigay ko merong good amount of studies na pwedeng makatulong sa memory pero madami pa jang iba.
