changed my mobile number for my PayMaya account and was logged out, but when I tried to log in again using my new registered number, the app asked for my Face Authentication
Maya face authentication failed procedure
Prepare these 3:
1. Letter of Request stating the issue and provide your cp number (printed/written). (If you changef your number, provide your old number as well)
Signature over printed name
2. Valid id back and front
3. Your picture holding valid id
Attach all these docs and send it to docs-support@maya.ph
Subject: Failed face authentication/ unable to log in
**In my experience, after I sent them an email with these supporting docs, they sent me an email the next day and finally logged in.
