walang sulit na PC below 10k. kung meron man sobrang swerte na yun.. harsh reality. lahat ng PC below 10k is garbage kahit ang pinaka sulit na offer is still below passing grade.. i dont know anong klaseng WFH ang plano mo. I am a WFH myself for many years. my PC cost around 50k and its just around average in terms of performance.. its not even great.. based on your budget. better not buy any. mag sasayang ka lng ng pera, na dagdagan pa basura mo. even an average cellphone cost above 10k.

the models nowadays barely matters. the word "i5/i7" dont really matters. its all about the generation.
10th gen is another story.. kung may nkita kang i5 10th gen CPU na 7k. either swerte ka dyan or something is fishy about it. sobrang mura. considering its a 10th gen. better confirm it first.. if its i5 10th gen then is more than enough for basic WFH jobs.. its the same as ryzen 5.

ma-aarte lang naman yung mga agency na may minimum requirement sa specs.

mahalaga lang dyan eh yung client, hirap maghanap ngayon ng direct client. tapos dami mo kakompetensya. wala na silbi yung specs ng pc, mas mahalaga yung kaya mong i-offer.

pero as a bare minimum ang mahalaga eh medyo mataas ang RAM (16gb atleast for multiple browser tabs). SSD (512 would be good or minimum, 256 is a bit low lalo na kung madaming files na kelangan ka isave), CPU/Processor atleast 4cores, kaya na yan. daming mga 8th gen na naglalabasan ngayon na mura sa fb marketplace, minsan bundle pa. more than enough na yun unless cpu extensive yung mga tasks mo like rendering, video editing etc.
