I went to Settings->Keboards->Systems->Language-> and added Filipino. Now I'm able to dictate Tagalog instead of typing them to my outgoing text messages. But when I highlight an incoming text message written in Tagalog and use the text to speech feature so that I can listen instead of reading, it is not reading it properly. It sounded like a foreigner reading Tagalog. How can I make it read Tagalog properly so I can understand it? Thanks.
