There is a version of the ZTE k10 modem with an external battery,
I ordered the DITO version and noticed that the back cover is different so i decided to open and check the main board and to my surprise there is a JST connector for the battery.
I immediately tested to see if it will work, but to no avail it did NOT!
I plugged in a 4.2v battery directly injecting the voltage but i think the firmware has disabled the battery option.
So my question is, is it possible to have it enabled if someone is able to flash a stock firmware?
