Hello! I understand your concern regarding the deadboot issue of your daughter's Itel S23. Here are some steps you can follow to try to recover the phone:

1. Download Flash File: First, you need to download the specific flash file for Itel S23. You can search for this file on reliable websites or forums that offer firmware downloads for Itel phones. Make sure to download the correct file to avoid further issues.

2. Install Required Tools: You will need to have the necessary tools installed on your computer to flash the firmware onto the device. Popular tools for flashing Itel phones include SP Flash Tool or Miracle Box.

3. Prepare the Phone: Make sure the phone's battery is charged or connected to a power source. Remove the SIM card and memory card to prevent data loss during the flashing process.

4. Boot Phone into Download Mode: To flash the firmware, you need to boot the phone into download mode. This is usually done by holding specific buttons (like Volume Down and Power) simultaneously while connecting the phone to the computer via USB cable.

5. Flash the Firmware: Open the flashing tool on your computer and load the downloaded firmware file. Follow the on-screen instructions to flash the firmware onto the device. This process may take some time, so be patient.

6. Completion: Once the flashing process is complete, disconnect the phone from the computer and power it on. If all goes well, your daughter's Itel S23 should be restored and working properly.

Please note that flashing firmware carries some risks, and if not done correctly, it can further damage the phone. Make sure to follow the steps carefully and double-check that you have the correct firmware for the Itel S23 model. If you are not confident in doing this yourself, it might be best to seek help from a professional technician to avoid any further complications.
