every drive can be bootable there is no such thing as for storage lng. Feature has nothing to do with being bootable or not. All drives can bootable as long as you put the files needed to be read as bootable be it USB,SSD,Nvme,HDD,External, CD,DVD,Floppy. All drives are intended as storage devices.

and about the issue, there are only 2 possible things in that screenshot, either the USB is corrupted or the OS is corrupted.

yan ss mismo sa kingston na. kingston din kanya tamo name ng flashdrive sa bios

magboboot lang yan sa windows installation pero di yan mag tutuloy.

tested ko na din yan dahil may kingston data traveler ako, kala ko una corrupted lang nag try nako lahat pero negative.
