Update, cant bridge but, can use the android to your none smart TV to Android TV, Because the router have a built in android.

Just buy
Lan adaptor usb to RJ45 Lan port

insert the Lan adaptor to the side usb port and the Lan port connected to your ISP.

This TUT is tested and working.

On the built in android only youtube and Spotify apps you can use only there are some others apps but not for your needed.

if you wish to install Netflix application just use these version 8.61.0 build 4 50379
the remote wont work but just put a mouse to the other usb port so you will able to scroll and select movies and search.
