👨‍🏫 Tutorial Changing DNS on Android 8.1 and Below

Android Oreo and older versions don't allow changing DNS for cellular connections. You need to change the DNS settings in the WiFi connection. That being said, it will only work on WiFi networks and is recommended for advanced users.
