Bill Kaysing has now passed away, however he did accuse NASA of murdering the 3 astronauts in the Apollo 1 fire because they would not go along with any faking of Moon missions. This was a very libellous statement to make if it were untrue. Did NASA taken any legal action to sue Kaysing for labelling them as murderers? No of course not because (A) The statement may be true, (B) If it were not true, any legal action would bring into question the authenticity of the alleged Moon landings, and that is something that NASA did not want."

I actually watched it live then at 13 yrs old na ako noon at pangit talaga yung feed. Very poor pa talaga ang quality dahil sa limitations of technology noon, including low bandwidth for transmitting signals from moon, the need to convert the video signal to compatible format for broadcast television and the low resolution cameras used on the lunar module., resulting in grainy, low frame rate image na kapag pinanood mo sa standard TV that time.
About Nixon telephone call to the astronauts, of course kaya naman talaga yon kasi nakakausap nga ng control center ang mga astronauts e, the call was routed through Houston and into space via capsule communicator (Capcom) astronaut on earth ang link - si Bruce McCandless.

BTW, care enough to watch 'Mythbuster' episodes how they debunked moon landing hoax theories.

Mythbuster - a non bias science TV program that was even recommended for schools. The lead hosts were movie effects designers so authorities sila about film makings.
