Ngunit tandaan na ang delivery time ay maaaring mag-iba depende sa lokasyon ng iyong tirahan at sa kasalukuyang sitwasyon ng courier service. Kung nakalampas na ang 10 business days at wala ka pang natatanggap na card, maaring mag-follow up ka sa Gcash customer service para sa anumang update o assistance. Sana ay matanggap mo na ang iyong Gcash card nang maayos!

I got mine after exactly a week (7 days).

The assigned courier (Ninja Van) did not call/text me when they delivered my GCash card. I did not personally receive the delivery (it was received by someone I know) and I also did not leave any authorization letter or ID but they still handed it over. It doesn't sound right but that's what actually happened with the delivery.

I tracked the delivery using the courier's tracking service beforehand so I monitored it regularly and I was aware of the incoming delivery on the seventh day. But still, no actual communication from the delivery person (rider) was something that was clearly amiss and should not have happened if proper protocol was followed strictly by the courier company.
