Request zlt x28 file to downgrade

Hello friends. I ran into a big problem, please help

I recently bought zlt x28 modem, the version is from DU Emirate, the software version is 1.3.4.

But I have a big problem.. this software version does not give me a signal.. Every SIM card I insert has no signal in my country. But we tested the same modem of du company with software version 1.2.1. In my country, it has a good signal with all sim cards without any problems.


Friends, if you can help me, I can return my modem to version 1.2.1. If anyone knows the way, tell me.

I also need the version 1.2.1 file, please send it to me or give me a download link.

Mine is version 1.2.1 and I've wanted to upgrade to version 1.3.4. I looked for the software/firmware version files for a long time but to no avail. It appears that these files are not publicly accessible. It's the first time I'm hearing that 1.3.4 is buggy. Are you sure it's related to the version and not other types of flaws in the modem?

Btw, there's this Pakistani modem patcher who might know how to help you but he will charge.
