Mi Pad 4 flashing (Cannot receive hello packet)

Unit is already in EDL mode but flashing is not successful (error: cannot receive hello packet).

Already tried flashing in fastboot mode as well but still unsuccessful (error: Error flashing partition).

-Unit is stuck on Mi logo, won't load/proceed to OS
-Unit is still able to go into Fastboot mode and EDL mode
-Unit bootloader is unlocked
-Unit cannot access Recovery (i.e., there is no stock Recovery, also no custom Recovery (TWRP, etc.)
