Custom ROM for Tablet

We bought a 'clone' tablet on Shopee hoping to use it to watch movies on Netflix. Sadly when we got it we are unable to install Netflix app or any app for that matter. Sabi is incompatible daw sa device namin.

Is there a way for us to still use the tablet?

If you have a browser you can used that to watch movies there's so many free streaming sites out there that you can watch for free if you don't have any idea watch it is just used search bar of this forum
