Bawas bawasan mo lods per week yung intake mo. Tapos try to find alternative na kaka adikan mo. Mahirap yan biglaang ihinto eh tsaka malaki magiging bawi nan sa health mo pag tigil mo.

Wag fully stop,
I red a book about addiction on any kind, firstime na ma stop mo, and it comes back again for any reason, mas mahirap na sya I stop, but the most effective is, reduction from the sticks u smoke rn, make it less until 1x a day, or half stick, until I stop it and tamarin ka na. Hope this helps
