Na blocked sim ko dahil rin sa vpn almost 2 years hindi ko nagamit ung data services nya at ung tm ang gamit ko nung na blocked ung smart sim ko.

Mag email lang kayo dito SmartFM@smart.com.ph make sure na tama ung format kagaya ng nasa taas.

Number ng smart nyo simula sa "9" walang zero
Then mag attach lang kayo ng Valid id
tapos picturan nyo ung sim card nyo with name and signature na nakasulat sa papel
mas maganda ung sim card na nablocked sa inyo eh registered at may signal para mag match sa system nila
