Guide teaches you to see If your accounts are häçked and how to assess it. This is UHQ, no BS. Supposed to be selling it but I'll just public it for free.
First of all list all the emails, phone numbers, or personal stuff that you use for your social media and ready something to take note from, Notepad works. Second check all of them on these websites:

5. Use Google dorking intext: "EMAIL/PHONE NUMBER HERE" + site: pastebin.com
If you see that one of your email, phone number or something is PWNED don't panic but take note of it. After that check the list of the emails/phone numbers that got pwned THEN check all your accounts connected to them and list them too. Now check those lists and assess them:
[ 1ST WAY TO ASSESS (Recommended) ]
Create a new email a secure one and I recommend Protonmail for this after that change all the accounts that is connected to those pwned emails with a new one and change their password too. If It's only on a phone number just change the password.
[ 2ND WAY TO ASSESS ]
If you're a guy like me who's paranoid and like's pure anonymity. Delete those accounts and make a completely new one.
[ 3RD WAY TO ASSESS ]
Do the "1ST WAY TO ASSESS" but change your usernames too and everything that can lead to you.
Lastly pretend nothing happened because sometimes It's better to leave something than keep noticing them. If you do this weekly you'll be unhäçkable if a data breach happens.
NOTE: DONT BE RETARD AND USE WEAK PASSWORDS. FOR BETTER CREDENTIALS MANAGEMENT I RECOMMEND BITWARDEN.
