Pa help po about electronics BCD TO 7-segment

Hello po! my project po kasi kami using breadboard po BCD to 7 segment ito po binigay na schematic then triny ko muna po siya simulator which is yung tinkercad kaso hindi gumana as well sa physical breadboard ko. Guaman naman po yung 555 timer to 7490 nag c-count na yung binary 0-9 pero pag dating sa 7447 hindi na pa tignan nalang po yung tinkercad ko salamat

Di ako sure pero parang doon sa tinkercad, hindi connected yung ground mo sa left at right side ng breadboard. Paki check yung ground wire after mo i connect sa 7805. Dapat common yung ground.
