MXQ TV BOX WIFI PROBLEM? Mac address 02. 00. 00. 00

I purchased MXQ PRO 4K 5G
From a day of purchase it had a problem of disconnecting mirror cast automatically each after 2minutes of displaying, Displayed android 12. 1 but actual 7. 2 and ram of 8GB actual 1 and rom 128 actual 500MB. I flashed with another Rom (customes) android 7. All works better but unfortunately wifi is not opening. It keep off
I once checked mac address its 02. 00. 00. 00

I tried different roms approx 13roms from android 4 to 7. 1. 2 all results with the same problem of wifi not turning on and mac adress persist to be 02. 00. 00. 00. 00
