See a doctor. Sleep problems could be caused by thyroid problems, neurological, mental disorders etc. Di natin alam.

I know someone na hirap makatulog due to ADHD and Generalized anxiety disorder. They were able to sleep well after seeing a psychiatrist and being prescribed antidepressants. I'm not saying you have these, but see a doctor to determine the cause.
Hyperthyroidism can also cause insomnia din.
