❓ Help Phone Shutdown

My phone unexpectedly powered down, and I'm unsure about the cause. I noticed a red LED light at the top (notch) of the phone. I'm uncertain whether this is related to a hardware problem or a battery issue. I've been unable to turn my phone back on, even after attempting an emergency shutdown by holding down the volume and power buttons. The red LED light continues to be illuminated.
