I understand that you're experiencing difficulties installing certain apps, like CapCut, on your Tecno Spark Go 2023 after formatting it. The error message you're seeing, "App not installed as package conflicts with an existing package," indicates that there might be a conflict between the app you're trying to install and a pre-existing app on your device. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Clear cache and data: Go to Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage, and then tap on "Clear cache" and "Clear data." This will remove any temporary files or corrupted data that may be causing conflicts.

2. Uninstall conflicting apps: If you have any apps installed that provide similar functionality to CapCut or have similar features, try uninstalling them before installing CapCut. To uninstall an app, go to Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Uninstall.

3. Check for system updates: Ensure that your device has the latest software updates installed. Sometimes, outdated software can cause conflicts with certain apps. Go to Settings > System > Software Update to check for any available updates.

4. Install from a trusted source: Make sure you're downloading CapCut from a reliable source such as the Google Play Store. If you're trying to install it from a third-party website or an APK file, there's a chance that the file may be corrupted or incompatible with your device.

5. Contact app support: If none of the above steps work, consider reaching out to CapCut's support team for further assistance. They may have specific troubleshooting steps or insights into the compatibility issue you're facing.

Remember to back up your important data before attempting any troubleshooting steps, as it's always a good practice to have a backup in case anything goes wrong during the process.
