❓ Help Camera Source Problem

Good day po.
Baka may naka experience na nito sa inyo ?
Paano niyo po naayos ?

Hindi mag display ung External Camera ko. Nag try ako sa Default Cam app ng laptop ko and sa Zoom App, pati na din sa OBS studio.
May driver naman na naka install pero hindi mag display ung Shot ng Camera ko.

Canon Eos M100 po ung external Camera.
Windows 11

Naka attached na din ung screenshots and ung mga pina-install ni Canon.
Pati ung cable na gamit ko.

First ko gumagamit ng external cam.

Salamat po, sana may makatulong.

Punta ka Device Manager, unplug and plugin mo, check mo if na re-read sya try mo rin kabit sa different usb slot. If gumagana naman - run windows update -
if not; faulty ung external camera mo

My mga nag sugest, gumagamit daw ako ng Dummy batteries. Kasi need daw ng external cam ko ng continous power source. If ayaw pa din daw try ko na daw gamitan ng HDMI cable kesa USB cable.

Agree po jan, hindi malakas yung output power ng usb cable kaya need mo talaga ng power source sa cam mo.

Akala ko makaka tipid na ko HAHAHAHA
Pero sulit tong cam na to pag napagana ko.
Ganda ng quality nya sa live streaming.
