❓ Help LENOVO B575E

This is my LENOVO B575e almost 9 years never been repair then yesterday when I turn it On.. this is what happens, No Boot, No Display, No Caps lock & NumLock Lights, (and tried) External Monitor No Display also.. Only Light is in the Power On

what seems to be the problem guys (those experience and expert in PC, Laptop Computers)
is this need of "thermal paste" or internal Hardware Problem??

I Want to repair it by myself I want your advise on how to do it please advise teach me, thanks in advance
