Hello! I just want to ask for help with a booting issue. Most of the time, whenever I turn on my laptop, it automatically restarts while booting and goes back to the logo screen with the spinning loading animation. I'm not sure what's causing this. I'm not sure if it is alright to ask here. Thank you! I can still boot to Windows, but it will take a while and had to turn it on/off or it would just boot in one go.

- Remove all disk drives and boot using a windows installer flashed in a USB (same result, it loops).
- Remove battery and tried to power it on using AC adapter.
- Updated BIOS to the latest version.
- Restored BIOS settings to default and optimized settings.
- Used chkdsk and /restorehealth in cmd/powershell.
- I tried to boot into safe mode, still loops.
- Can't boot to other OS and will go back to looping again.
- Tried Memory Test without any issues.
- Used BIOS System Diagnostic, also found no issues.
- Left idle in BIOS for 15-30 mins, stable and didn't experience any reboots.
- Have done ASUS EC Reset.
