PHHello po, CSC prof passer po ako and I'm planning to work in any Government Agencies, Ask ko lang po sa mga govenrment workers dito or may experience na po, Ano-ano po ba and dapat kong unahin na government ID's at mga necessary papers/ requirements para po pag nag work ako, diretso work na at hindi na mag a-asikaso pa ng Id's or any papers. * Personal Data Sheet w/ Work Experience Sheet = downloadable via CSC official website; Printed or Hand-written depende sa office; Notarized, depende pa rin sa office.
* Application Letter addressed to the head of the office or to the HRMO or kung sino ang sinabing addressee
= wag kakalimutang pirmahan.
Kung fresh grad, need din lahat ng credentials mo = TOR, Diploma, etc.
Plus attachments = certificates, portfolio, etc; para siyempre may proof ka sa mga pinaglalagay mo sa PDS.
Assuming nakapasa ka na sa interview phase at hired ka na....
May pre-employment requirements pa usually yan na:

This is the reality ng sistema natin dito sa Pinas. Hindi lang sa gov't nangyayari yan, pati sa private talamak din ang ganyang sistema.
Pero try and try lang. Kahit hindi muna "dream job" mo, pasukin mo (basta marangal). Ang mahalaga magkaroon ka ng trabaho at kumikita ka. Then enhance your skills. Magtake ng masteral o doctorate degree kung kinakailangan.
Pero pag hindi talaga dito sa Pinas ang gusto mo, apply ka sa companies sa ibang bansa. Skill-based sila kaya kung pasok ang skill sets mo, malaki chance mo. Sadly, sa ibang bansa talaga ang "greener pastures"
Taga HR ata to si boss. Hahah. Peru it's correct, ito talaga documents hinihingi based sa hiring procedure prescribed ng csc. Expect ka lang baka hihingi ang agency ng ibang clearance like NBI.
Sa issue nmn ng "palakasan", isipin niyo nalang na part talaga yan sa laro ng buhay. Di muna mababago, laro ka lang. Maraming factors-academic/experience edge, connection, luck, etc..
Apply2 ka lang at wag choosy. Stepping stones lahat ng unang trabaho kahit mababa sahud. Keep improving along the way pag akyat mo. Good luck and God bless.
