Ang pagkaka alam ko ang balak gamitin kay Luka ay article 201 ng revised penal code, at medyo ma bigat yan dahil ang backup ng simbahan ay ang senate president na si Miguel Zubiri and according to that law kapag napatunayang walang worth political value ang performance nya kundi para maka offend lamang maari siya ma convict -- which in my opinion wala naman talaga woth value ang ginawa nya.

Since ang ginamit na modelo ni Celdran ay si Rizal maikukumpara natin ginawa nya sa sinabi ni Simoun Mag aalahas sa nobela ni Rizal na El Fili kung saan ang sabi nya "minsan kaylangan basagin ang botelya ng pabango para kumalat ang samyo nito" though may nalabag siyang batas sang ayon ako sa ginawa nya sometimes drastic situation needs drastic action, isa pa hindi naging patas ang pag lilitis sa kanya, they disregard the secular system of our country na matagal ng sinasalaula ng simbahang katoliko at iba pang mga religious denominations, ang ginawa nya ay wake up call sana sa atin mga mambabatas na lalong pag tibayin ang secular system sa ating bansa pero mas nanaig ang takot ng mga lingkod bayan sa simabahan at sa religion sa pangkalahatan -- takot na mawalan sila ng boto.

Oo nga pla meron nga palang batas.. and this is a very unconstitutional law kahit anong anggulo mo tignan.

Considering yung result ng kay Celdran, at ung moral dilemma na kaakibat nung prosecution nya,, Malabo nga pala si Pura dito.

Haisst.. misplaced pala ang optimism ko sa Pinas.

Ung kay pura if matalo sya, or even just that specific law itself eh pd maging unconstitutional..

Ung kay celdran namn for me is fair lang.. unfortunate for him and what he stands for… he violated the law eh… he cant be excused for that dahil maganda ang ipinaglalaban nea
