IPhone XR ayaw mag ON after update

hello po mga ka-iOS pano po ma fix tong XR ko ayaw na mag on after ma update sa latest iOS. Nag v-vibrate po sya pag na press yung power at volume buttons at pag sinaksak sa charger. na try ko na din po iconnect sa itunes pero ayaw ma detect. PLEASE HELP po
