❓ Help How to speed up udp custom??

I'm really newbie in this perticular udp custom.
I'm from India by the way.
My isp allows me to use udp custom for free net without any recharge or data pack.
But the problem is , I'm only getting speed of 400-500kbps with any tweak like buffer size 64 tx 30 rx 30.
I tried every possible udp custom server.
Is there any way to speed up this.
Your help will be appreciated.
