PHCagayan de Oro 2nd District Rep. Rufus Rodriguez filed a resolution seeking to suspend the legislative franchise of Cebu Pacific Air because of the many problems hounding the airline.
Rodriguez said that "Cebu Pacific has a history of unsatisfactory service to the public."
The resolution cited complaints from passengers who were "victims of flight cancellations, delays, and other inefficiencies and failures."
Rodriguez said that his wife, together with several others, took a Cebu Pacific flight from Cebu to Cagayan de Oro to attend a class reunion last May. The flight was delayed for three hours "without notice and explanation," he said.
