Possible po bang mapromote ang isang empleyado kahit high school graduate lang? If not or if yes, okay lang po ba kahit puro certification lang meron? Like for example: Microsoft Office Certificate, etc.

Good question, but sadly, most of my classmate na bumalik sa pag cocollege ang reason nila kaya need nila diploma is for promotion sa work. Both nag wowork sa private and government same ang reason.

if may backer why not...pero maliit ung chance pero possible sya...basta skill based ung pagbabasihan ng management

depende sa company yan. and depende din sa work if needed ba talaga ang college degree.
