You can change your Windows password using CMD.exe by following these steps:

1. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator. You can do this by right-clicking on the Command Prompt icon and selecting "Run as administrator".

2. Type the command "net user" followed by your username and a new password. For example, if your username is John and you want to change your password to "newpassword", you would type "net user John newpassword" (without the quotation marks) and press Enter.

3. If you have successfully changed your password, you will receive a message saying "The command completed successfully".

4. Restart your computer and login with your new password.

It's important to note that changing your password using CMD.exe requires administrative privileges. If you are not logged in as an administrator, you will have to enter the administrator password before you can change your password.
