Hi po, may idea po ba kayo ano po yung mga ban policies mostly sa mga delivery apps ngayon? like especially sa merchant side if they're inactive for a timefrime tas i-baban sila.

Hi! Ban policies for delivery apps vary from one platform to another. However, for most platforms, if a merchant is inactive for a certain period of time, their account may be suspended or deactivated. This is because the platform wants to ensure that only active and engaged merchants are using their system, and they do not want inactive accounts taking up space or resources.

For example, food delivery app Uber Eats has a policy in which merchants who have not made any sales in the past 60 days may have their account deactivated. Similarly, on the GrabFood app, merchants who do not receive orders for a certain period of time may be flagged as inactive and their account may be suspended if they do not take any action to become active again.

It is important for merchants to regularly check their account and make sure they are meeting the platform's requirements in order to avoid any suspension or deactivation. If a merchant's account is suspended or deactivated, they may need to contact the platform's support team to resolve the issue and reactivate their account.
