🔒 Closed Cannot connect to host

Pa help.. Beginners po akoa sa pag create ng sariling ehi file.. Sa testing ang lumalabas ay cannot connect to the host.. Ano pong dapat na method.

Baka dead na po ang proxy na gamit nyo.
Or down abg server nung proxy nyo.
