Pwede bang malower yung pldt bill namin kasi yung current plan namin is 100mbps 3,000 pesos then yung new plan na inooffer nila 200 mbps 1,699 lang.

Ang alam ko automatic na dapat yung speed upgrade ng current plan niyo kapag nag-offer sila ng mas mabilis sa mga bagong customers. Sa sagot sa tanong mo oo pwede mag-downgrade syempre pero malamang may mga fees na sisingilin sa inyo. Tawag ka na lang sa customer service.
