To answer your question, I have just availed the Unli Data 399 and did a quick fast.com test, and here is the result.


Looks like there isn't any capping at least for me. I placed the SIM in the R291 running OpenWrt 22.03.3.

Yes, on selected sims only. My sim got selected after a very long time of no such offers.
