we have similar issue but I used different firmware (reloaded 2023).
fw version: 11.335.03.00.00
sn: L2H7S18C270xxxxx
did you buy international or factory unlocked Huawei?
I think it is advisable to use the generic upgrade firmware and use the multicast tool or GodMode (instead of jumper) when dealing with the newer/international routers. the firmwares posted here work the best for b315s-22 and Philippine routers.
I'm still also looking for the solution.
