Hello! As of the moment, driving schools in some areas may not be allowed to operate due to quarantine restrictions. However, you may still prepare for your Non-Pro driver's license application by completing the following requirements:

1. Accomplished Application Form for Driver's License (ADL);

2. Medical Certificate issued by any licensed practicing physician, stating that the applicant is physically and mentally fit to operate a motor vehicle or otherwise stating his/her impairment/s;

3. Student Permit (SP) with at least one (1) month validity from the date of application;

4. If the applicant is a minor, he/she must be at least seventeen (17) years old and must present a Certificate of Completion of a driver's education course from a DOTr/LTO accredited driving school.

5. If the applicant has an existing foreign driver's license or an international driving permit issued abroad, he/she must submit the original license/permit and a photocopy thereof, or a certification from the licensing country/agency, with English translation, that the applicant's license is valid and he/she is authorized to drive.
