Good morning ,
Gusto ko lang sana makahingi ng advice about programming.

Project Scenario: Gagawa ng Calendar based Scheduler, just to check the 8hrs work, and overtime of every person in every department.

Now.
Posible naman magawa yan but there's so many options to do that.
kaya medyo nalilito ako kung ano ipeprefer ko hehehe sorry .
bale ganito.
Every Department Supervisor may user interface sila o data entry forms na mag iinput ng schedule for their colleagues.
na mag nonotif sa HR Department.
then the HR Department will recieve the schedule in excel format and they will input it in the HRS system.

why in excel format?
now as I remember the HRS they using has automated scheduler that can also upload/download in excel format - *different scenario.

QUESTION:
my question is posible naman talaga magawa sya kahit using vba , or any platforms. basta the output is in xls format.
bothered lang ako kung pano ko sya ieexecute na at the same time lalabas rin yung complexity ng skills ko pag dating sa programming? hahahaha.
