hello can anyone help me here. our company uses meta for business pages as our main platform. and we have a big problem regarding unread filter pag ginagamit namin naga error po. so andami naming chats na hindi ma replyan. hoping someone can help me on this

ano yung error? may screenshot ka?

na try nyo na sya pareho via pc at mobile phone app?
double check na rin mga page access ng username na gamit mo
nabubuksan naman ba yung business suite at kapag ginagamit lng talaga yung filter tsaka nag error?
try mo yung regular na messenger, dun mo i-login yung username and password and check mo if gumagana sya dun. baka kasi may problema lang sa app mo.
try mo na rin uninstall yung meta business suite na app then re install nlng
