Acer Z520
Problem: Charging but power is draining even if no app is running while charged.

This happened after I failed two times rooting my phone using kingroot (up to 80% only) then uninstalled the app.
Then now, I left my phone charged while on standby (off) for more than 4 hours and got only 2% power.

Is this a hardware or software problem?

Yun lang.. Sana makatulong..
